when I went here a few years ago after my accident I never imagined walking out with keys in my hand to my 2016 Hyundai Accent with my credit not being great but Lou made it happen through the buy here pay here loan. Then in June I saw a beautiful car on the website a 2018 Chevy Cruze and called Lou and scheduled my test drive and even though my credit still isn’t great they were able to still put me in the car of my dreams, and on a loan with an actual lender. What can I say one of the most professional non-sleazy like most car places you just think sleazy car salesman this is the opposite with this man this man is a class act all the way goes above and beyond to accommodate and literally delivered the car to my front door with the papers to sign it was all done in less than five minutes also was making arrangements for things like mats which were not in the car he’s treating me to those and also found a junkyard for my car that was hit by a deer. I recommend Lou as your sales go to man you won’t be unhappy! Oh and did I mention nobody could beat the prices . The car was thousands less for a 2017 mini Cooper with all the bells and whistle‘s I love it

I purchased a really nice Nissan Quest through Edwinn and had a very enjoyable experience. When I drove the car home my check engine light came on. Normally that is where an argument occurs with a used car dealer. I called Edwinn and he told me to bring it right back and he would take care of it. He even provided me a loaner car right off the lot for free. There was an issue with the muffler and Charlie in service was amazing and repaired everything at no charge. That is how customer service is done with folks who really value your business. When my car was done they delivered it to my work in Vineland which is about an hour away and picked up the loaner car. This is my families 3rd car from them and will certainly not be the last. Thanks VIP for a really great experience.

Never in my Wildest dreams did I ever think I could pick out a vehicle online and have it delivered to my home 200 miles away for free! The transaction with Lou was easy peezy. This was the best experience I've ever had buying or selling a car. Tom came out to my house and carefully appraised my 2006 6-speed manual transmission Tiburon then got me a fair price for it. He is a real pro--knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Zero pressure and all business. He explained the whole process in detail. I may have gotten a little more selling it privately but that would have been nowhere near the value of his taking care of everything and saving me a great deal of time and effort. Once I accepted the deal he wrote me a check and it cleared the very next day. I didn't even have to be here when they took the car away. Unless you enjoy putting ads on Craigslist and dealing with potential buyers and arranging for secure payments, I highly recommend him and VIP Auto Outlet.

We had a great experience selling our RAV4 to VIP auto outlet. We listed our vehicle on Facebook marketplace and received a lot of bogus and low ball offers. Then we got a call from Jett Driver. He came to our house within an hour of his call and after 15 minutes of checking out our vehicle he made us a very fair offer. He paid us on the spot with a check. He realized we were a little skeptical about handing over the title to him without a certified check so he agreed to pick up the title and the keys once the checked cleared. Our overall experience with Jett was exceptional; he made selling our car very easy.

They have a very nice selection of vehicles to choose from, with competitive prices. Customer Service/ Sales was much different than what I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Today, I purchased a beautiful, cream puff BMW from VIP Auto Outlet. The whole experience was painless and flawless from start to finish. My salesperson Edwinn, a total class act, was on top of every detail from start to finish, even though he had a blizzard of other orders he was juggling at the same time. I had been trying to order a similar vehicle from other dealers in NJ, but they were so sleazy, pulling bait and switch and other dishonest tactics.
